Had dinner at Yuki Yaki with lin min, hweesheng, wan hao and NCG.
We started off with our normal procedure:
This time round, we had fried noodle instead of mushroom. While we were frying the noodle an auntie who was sitted at the next table was looking at us. She said that we are so good at frying the noodle here. She even approached us to try our fried noodle.
Actually we tried frying the noodle 3 times. The 1st time, Hwee sheng said that the noodle was too plain. The 2nd time, Wan hao said that it taste like carrot cake. (too many eggs added) The 3rd time, Wan hao said that it taste like chicken rice. (chicken fried with chicken rice's chilly)
The 3rd time was the BEST taste. Hwee sheng LOVE my noodle so much that he had 2 1/2 bowl of it.

Towards the end, I had pudding as dessert. I don't know why that i have the sudden thought to tabao some pudding so that we can have pudding while we were chatting at esplanade. I asked the rest:
" eh, want tabao some to esplanade a not?" " want take how many huh?" "enough meh...? still have yee cheng, xuan zhi and derek leh" " aiya... take more la... can keep in bag then bring out one la..."
NCG and Hwee sheng take turns to take the pudding.
In the end, 6 in my bag and 7 in lin min's bag. (Im looking into Lin Min's bag)
After that,
"I'm thinking how are we going to eat derek bday cake huh?" "Aiya, later can go Mac take their tissue use la...."
We took some photo before leaving the place.
Once the bill was settled, we moved on to breadtalk to get Derek's cake. But all the cakes was SOLD OUT only those small ones left. We hesitate a while and decided to try our luck at Raffle City.
On the way, we went in Mac for their tissues. I went in first and I came out with a handful of it and I told lin min to go in take, not enough. She went in together with Hwee sheng. They came out with many of them. Hwee sheng had the idea of making roses with the tissue that we took as Derek's present.
Finally, we brought a cake in Market Place and make our way to Esplanade.
While waiting for Derek, Xuan Zhi and Yee Cheng, we started playing poker for a while.
Then Hwee Sheng start making tissue rose. At the same time he also taught Wan Hao.
NCG was trying to make something out of his poker card.
He showed us this....
and asked us what can we see from this cards...
Mac was missing, which make it more difficult to take photos. But we still tried to take some photos.
Lin min and I had flowers on our hair and asked NCG to be our cameraman.
While he was taking, he made lots of negative comment which made us busted out of laughter.

In the end, no proper photos was taken. LOUSY cameraman!!! So I take over the camera and snap a picture of them.

Yee Cheng reached, he was feeling damn HIGH. He start posting lots of pattern which made us laughed!

Derek Bday Celebration
We planned to tell him that all of us on budget now and have no birthday cake for him but only pudding that we tabao from yuki yaki. We will show him tha cake after he had blow the candle on those pudding. Yee Cheng was asked to present those 19 tissue roses to him upon his arrival.

He was posing all the while until Derek have collected the flowers.
He dropped the cake...
He wants to show us magic..
He left shortly.
We also change a location to chit-chat. Yee cheng was the one doing most of the talking. Half of the time, he was complaining to the rest how irritating am I asking for the NDP preview tickets plus many more. He also shared with us his experience he had working in the hospital. He concluded that hospital is a dirty place.
Well, I hope that we still can have more time for each other in future and a successful genting trip in Sept.
I won't be blogging until all my exams are over. I need to study hard for the coming exam.
